1. Sealing ring damage: There are many sealing components in the cooling water flow channel, which allow the cooling water to flow in a closed system. However, over time, the sealing components will also age, harden, and crack. At this time, the cooling water will flow out along its damaged area, affecting the molding of the plastic parts. In addition, poor installation of sealing rings can also cause leakage, affecting the quality of modified plastic products. In this regard, the sealing parts should be regularly inspected, and if there is any leakage, it should be corrected or replaced in a timely manner.

2. Damage to the hole wall of the cooling water channel: Damage to the cooling water channel can cause leakage of cooling water along its damaged area. This kind of damage can be caused by excessive external force hitting the mold, and any heavy object hitting the mold should be strictly prohibited; The damage of the cooling water channel often occurs during the trial molding of new molds, and the hole wall ruptures due to processing errors. If it is found that the hole wall is broken, the leaking water hole cannot be used anymore because it is difficult to repair.

3. Leakage at the joint. There are many joints in the cooling water channel, and if the seal is not good, it is also easy to cause leakage. This is easy to handle. You can wrap a sealing tape around the thread at the joint and then tighten it.
