Problems caused by improper CMC processing technology
Update:2024-06-18

With the continuous improvement of our science and technology, our various processing technologies are still widely used in the industry. However, if not done well, it will lead to a series of problems, and CNC machining is the same. So what are the problems caused by improper arrangement of CNC machining processes?

1. The CNC machining process is too scattered

The reason for this problem is due to the fear of complexity, simple programming, simplified operation and processing, easy adjustment of tool alignment using a single tool, and being accustomed to regular processing. This makes it difficult to ensure product quality and production efficiency cannot be effectively utilized. Therefore, CNC machining technicians and operators should be fully familiar with CNC machining knowledge, make more attempts to master relevant knowledge, and try to use centralized processing methods as much as possible. Using it multiple times will naturally reflect its advantages. After adopting process concentration, the processing time per unit increased. We arranged two devices face-to-face, achieving one person operating two devices, greatly improving efficiency and ensuring quality.

2. CNC machining sequence is unreasonable

Some CNC machining operators often arrange the machining sequence extremely unreasonably due to preparation issues. Numerical control machining is usually carried out according to the requirements of general mechanical processing technology, such as starting from coarse to fine (tool change), starting from inside to outside, and selecting cutting parameters reasonably, in order to improve quality and efficiency.
